I find penning short fiction helps me to sharpen my skills as a writer more than any other type of writing. I began writing novels first, and the brevity of the short story form is difficult for me. This is probably why I have a tendency to collect short story WIPs ~ :/ I am happy to say, I am determined to one day finish them all and add them to my growing collection of finished works.
